Job description

Role overview

Join the cabin crew team in Cologne and become part of a fast-growing European airline network. The role is centered on delivering excellent passenger care, supporting safe onboard operations, and contributing to a high-energy inflight experience for guests across a large route network.

What the role involves

Cabin crew members are expected to provide outstanding service to passengers while keeping safety as the top priority. The work includes operating on both early and late duty patterns, with early shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM and afternoon duties potentially ending at midnight. This position suits someone who enjoys a busy environment, works well with people, and brings strong enthusiasm to every flight.

Training and career growth

No previous experience is required. Successful candidates will complete free, internationally recognized cabin crew training designed to teach the core skills needed for the role. After training, you receive your cabin crew wings and are prepared to begin flying. The organization also offers long-term growth opportunities, with potential progression into cabin supervisor, base supervisor, regional manager, and even director-level inflight leadership roles.

Working pattern and lifestyle

The roster follows a fixed pattern of 5 days on and 3 days off. The job can be demanding, and applicants should be comfortable with early starts, late finishes, and a shift-based schedule. The position is also described as fun and rewarding, with the chance to travel widely and experience new places while working.

Requirements

  • You should bring strong enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in customer-facing situations is helpful, along with the ability to deliver excellent service and a proactive mindset.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is valued.
  • You must be comfortable working a rotating shift pattern, including early mornings and late nights.
  • You need the unrestricted legal right to live and work in the European Union.
  • Applicants should be approximately between 157 cm and 188 cm tall.
  • You must be able to swim 25 meters without assistance.
  • You should speak and write English confidently and clearly.

Benefits

  • Free cabin crew training that is internationally recognized.
  • Daily per diem during the training period.
  • Uncapped sales-related bonus potential.
  • Highly discounted staff travel with no cap on availability mentioned.
  • Fixed roster of 5 working days followed by 3 days off.
  • Opportunity to build a career in a large cabin crew network.
  • Chance to explore new cities and cultures with colleagues during days off.
  • Free uniform in the first year, followed by an annual clothing allowance afterward.
  • Employment with a financially stable airline group.
  • Direct or agency contract depending on the base.

Additional information

This is a safety-critical role where passenger well-being remains the highest priority. The employer operates a large cabin crew network across multiple bases and serves a very high volume of travelers every day. The role emphasizes service quality, teamwork, adaptability, and a strong customer orientation.
