What this role involves
The Butler supports the Team Leader – Butler in delivering butler services in a structured and efficient way, following the established service concept. The role calls for consistently courteous, polished, efficient, and adaptable service across all interactions.
Work environment and key strengths
This job requires the ability to stay effective under pressure in a busy, fast-moving setting. Strong verbal communication, a professional appearance and presentation, multitasking ability, and coordination with multiple departments on behalf of guests are essential.
Qualifications
Candidates should ideally hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in hotel operations is preferred. Strong problem-solving ability, administrative capability, and interpersonal skills are important. A certification from a butler training program will be considered an added advantage.
