Role overview

Réseau des Alumni Simplon Sénégal is looking for a Business Support Manager to keep its daily operations running efficiently. This position is responsible for ensuring that administrative, financial, and general support activities are coordinated smoothly so the organization can operate effectively.

What you will do

In this role, you will manage and coordinate operational workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and share regular updates with leadership. You will also help with budgeting, financial tracking, and the review and preparation of important documents. A key part of the job is making sure resources are used wisely while maintaining clear and accurate reporting.

You will work closely with internal teams and outside partners, help refine processes, support project planning and delivery, and ensure that activities follow internal policies as well as applicable regulations.

Required background

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, practical experience in operations management, and a solid grasp of budgeting and financial oversight. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are important, along with the confidence to work with stakeholders at different levels.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required. Previous experience in business support, operations, or administrative management is preferred, especially in an international or network-driven organization.

You should also be highly organized, able to manage competing deadlines, and comfortable using common productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management platforms. Success in this role also depends on working independently, remaining dependable, and contributing effectively as part of a hybrid team.

Additional information

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. Professional fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
