Role Overview
This full-time Business Support Manager role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is suited to a mid-level or senior-level professional. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of business support and administrative activities.
- Design and roll out process improvements that raise efficiency, output, and service standards.
- Assist leadership and departmental teams with planning, coordination, and implementation of business initiatives.
- Track operational workflows and spot opportunities to streamline or optimize them.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives and keep deliverables on schedule.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a similar discipline is required.
- Relevant background in business support, operations, administration, or an equivalent function.
- Well-developed skills in organization and project coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid stakeholder handling ability.
- Comfort working across multiple priorities in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business management tools.
- Prior leadership exposure with the ability to encourage and develop team members.
- A professional approach, careful attention to detail, and a high sense of ownership.
