Job Overview

This role sits within the Project Management Office and involves leading both local and regional initiatives. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Product Team to shape the project roadmap so that it aligns with the organization’s broader strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from initiation through delivery, including planning for timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Partner with the Regional Product Team to help set product direction and roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed through regular project progress updates.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across local and regional business and technical teams.
• Use market insights and stakeholder feedback to identify, refine, and rank product features.
• Develop practical solutions for gaps uncovered during project work so business needs are met.
• Oversee vendor performance to ensure deliverables stay on schedule and service level expectations are achieved.
• Guide and support team members while encouraging a cooperative, high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong background in stakeholder coordination and vendor management.
• Demonstrated success in launching medium- to large-scale products.
• Sharp analytical thinking with solid decision-making and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
