This position suits someone who enjoys fast-moving luxury environments and is skilled at creating structure, refining workflows, and rolling out scalable processes across teams. A major part of the role is to design, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures that help the business run consistently, efficiently, and at a high level.

The ideal candidate combines a detail-oriented mindset with practical execution and the ability to improve processes while staying hands-on in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make sure SOPs are clearly communicated and consistently followed throughout the organization.
  • Build operational structures that improve consistency, accountability, and long-term scalability.
  • Carry out operational checks and identify areas where improvements are needed.
  • Work with department leaders to simplify workflows and close operational gaps.

Operational oversight

  • Monitor day-to-day operations across teams to keep business functions running smoothly and in line with established standards.
  • Spot inefficiencies, introduce process improvements, and reinforce accountability so teams consistently follow procedures.
  • Collaborate with and support the GVA HQ team to strengthen operations through SOP creation, implementation, optimization, and continued enforcement of best practices.

Project and process coordination

  • Lead internal operational projects and manage process launches.
  • Monitor progress on operational initiatives and share updates with leadership.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new systems, tools, and operating procedures.
  • Keep operational records, documents, and resources well organized and properly maintained.

Training and team support

  • Help lead onboarding and provide operational guidance and training for new employees.
  • Support teams in following processes and adopting best practices.
  • Encourage a culture built on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Offer ongoing support so teams remain aligned with operational expectations.

Compliance and administrative support

  • Ensure operations remain aligned with company policies and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accuracy in reporting, documentation, and internal systems.
  • Support internal departments and administrative work when needed.
  • Assist leadership with reporting and analysis related to business processes.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in operations, business operations, or process management.
  • Hands-on experience building and rolling out SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate across functions.
  • Comfort working independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, fashion, jewelry, or a similar sector is preferred.
  • Ability to use operational systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools effectively.
