Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain real-time performance visibility dashboards across all departments.
• Monitor departmental performance and track the impact of implemented initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a unified source of truth for all reporting data.
• Create models for funnel performance, cohort analysis, and revenue tracking.
• Provide support for advanced analytics to inform business decisions.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance speed and accuracy.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability through robust data governance.
• Maintain standardized KPI definitions across teams within the dashboards.

Requirements

• Possess 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools.
• Have prior experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Exhibit a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
