Job description
Role Overview
This is a senior, high-impact role for a Canada-based professional who will operate at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and execution inside a rapidly expanding AI-focused organization. The position is posted on behalf of a partner company, which will handle applications and the remaining hiring steps.
In this role, you will serve as a central operator across the revenue and customer journey, helping ensure that work moves smoothly from pricing and contracting through customer transfer and onboarding. The job combines strategic problem-solving with direct operational ownership, so you will both shape business systems and actively run them.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to simplify processes, remove friction, and improve execution quality. A major part of the role is building AI-enabled workflows that make the organization faster, more scalable, and better informed.
You will also drive cross-functional initiatives that influence pricing, monetization, go-to-market operations, customer lifecycle design, and broader business performance. The role is highly autonomous and well suited to someone who performs well in uncertainty and wants accountability for measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex enterprise opportunities end to end, including pricing, contracting, customer transfer, and onboarding coordination.
- Work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to improve efficiency, strengthen workflows, and raise the quality of execution.
- Create, refine, and oversee commercial operating processes such as pricing structures, approval flows, contract handling, and exception management.
- Spot operational friction points across revenue and go-to-market functions and implement fixes that improve speed and scalability.
- Design and roll out AI-driven workflows and automation to reduce manual work and improve decision support.
- Build automated and agentic solutions for pricing analysis, routing work, generating contracts, and monitoring operations.
- Lead initiatives that span pricing strategy, customer lifecycle optimization, onboarding, and operational readiness.
- Set KPIs, improve reporting, and help teams make better decisions using data.
- Continuously improve processes by turning static workflows into flexible, scalable operating systems.
- Contribute to special projects across strategy, operations, and execution as business priorities evolve.
Requirements
- Background in business operations, strategy, consulting, revenue operations, finance, or a similar cross-functional function.
- Ability to break down ambiguous and complex business problems into practical, structured solutions.
- Experience in high-growth settings, ideally while scaling a business in the approximately $40M to $100M ARR range.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across both technical and business teams.
- Hands-on experience improving or creating processes related to pricing, contracting, or go-to-market operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows such as CRM platforms, quote-to-cash processes, or commercial operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort converting data into actionable business decisions.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or systems thinking is a significant advantage.
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to both design solutions and execute them independently.
- Bonus experience in insurance, enterprise SaaS, or AI-driven business transformation.
Benefits
- Competitive pay tied to experience and contribution.
- Flexible remote work arrangement within Canada.
- Direct involvement in strategic and operational initiatives that have real business impact.
- Opportunity to work with advanced AI and automation applied to live business systems.
- High ownership and significant autonomy over business results.
- Fast-moving, high-growth environment with strong cross-functional teamwork.
- Room to grow across strategy, operations, and leadership paths.
- Exposure to the intersection of AI, business transformation, and scalable systems design.
Application and Hiring Notes
The hiring process and final next steps are handled by the partner company. Applications are reviewed using an AI-assisted matching process designed to evaluate candidates fairly and efficiently against the role's core requirements. The shortlist is then shared with the hiring company, which makes the final decision and manages interviews or assessments.
Your application may also be reviewed with AI tools that help assess resumes, responses, and potential inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions remain with people.
By submitting an application, you agree that personal data may be processed for candidate evaluation and shared with the employer under applicable data protection principles, including legitimate interest and pre-contractual processing where relevant. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection regarding your data at any time.
