About the Role
The Keller Group is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to bring structure, consistency, and operational excellence to a growing client with multiple locations in the Greater Las Vegas Area. Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in efficiency, consistency, scalability, and overall business performance.
- Act as the operational core of the organization, monitoring progress and assisting leadership in translating business objectives into actionable, scalable processes and measurable outcomes.
- Enhance cross-team visibility and accountability through the development of frameworks, reporting structures, and workflows that improve communication and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Assess existing tools, technologies, and internal procedures, proposing enhancements to boost productivity and accommodate future expansion.
- Spearhead key operational initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment among internal and external stakeholders and driving project momentum.
- Collaborate with leadership and strategic department heads to refine workforce planning, optimize workload distribution, and elevate overall organizational effectiveness.
- Generate comprehensive reports and insights to aid leadership in performance evaluation, trend identification, and strategic business decision-making.
- Promote operational uniformity across diverse teams, locations, and business functions while maintaining adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Guide teams through transitions in processes, technology adoption, and operational enhancements by providing clear direction, training, and support.
- Reinforce internal accountability by defining expectations, tracking progress, and assisting teams in executing priorities.
- Partner with leadership on strategic projects aimed at fostering organizational growth, efficiency, and long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a hybrid role encompassing client relations, business operations, and project management within a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrate prior success in strategizing and analyzing business challenges, formulating solutions, and implementing operational enhancements across various roles and departments.
- Have experience leading system implementations, workflow optimizations, technology deployments, or significant process change initiatives.
- Exhibit a strong business acumen, with the ability to link operational decisions to financial results, team productivity, and organizational goals.
- Show a proven capacity for proactively influencing stakeholders, building consensus, and securing buy-in from teams with diverse priorities and viewpoints.
- Possess confident communication skills, enabling effective leadership of discussions, presentation of analytics and recommendations, and navigation of challenging conversations.
- Be local to the Greater Las Vegas area.
