Role Overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a business document specialist who will support AI-driven work across business functions. The position involves using common office tools to build, review, and refine professional deliverables, while helping improve the quality of AI outputs.

Compensation is listed at $20 to $70 per hour, with a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside AI systems to complete business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Assess AI-produced work and share feedback on outputs related to finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
  • Create and validate business scenarios that mirror real professional workflows for analysis and reporting.
  • Check AI-generated content for accuracy and alignment with Fortune 500-level quality expectations.
  • Share findings and recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders to help improve AI performance.
  • Flag repeated issues and document them so the AI system better meets business requirements.
  • Promote clarity and high standards in deliverables while connecting business expertise with AI innovation.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Substantial experience in one or more business areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished business materials.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
  • Comfort working with AI tools, or a willingness to quickly learn them in a technology-driven setting.
  • Independent, proactive mindset suited to remote and fast-moving work.
