The broader goal is to create stronger human and cost efficiencies, unlock capital earlier, and improve operating leverage across Cisco.

Role overview

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will own the full lifecycle of funding commitment processes inside Cisco. This includes entering requests, ensuring policy compliance, tracking them through approvals, responding to questions, and making updates when needed. The work also covers cross-charge activity, accrual support, and coordination with internal organizations such as Finance, Procurement, GSM, GPS, and Security Compliance.

You should be organized, quality-focused, detail-oriented, and able to spot issues early before they become blockers. The role also calls for a proactive mindset, good judgment, and the ability to drive improvements in how work is done.

Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional relationships, confident communication, and the ability to deliver practical outcomes in a collaborative environment. You should be comfortable with global working hours since many internal customers are based internationally.

Minimum qualifications
