Business Operations Analyst

Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Business Operations Analyst supporting a commercial MedTech division within a global healthcare and life sciences organization. The assignment is through a staffing partner on a W2 contract basis and is intended to run for an initial 12 months, with a strong possibility of being extended. The role is based in Warsaw, IN or West Chester, PA, and can be hybrid or onsite depending on business needs.

The position sits at the crossroads of sales operations, commercial analytics, reporting, training coordination, and process improvement. The selected professional will help improve leadership visibility, monitor capital equipment deployment activity, support business performance reporting, and contribute to operational efficiency across the commercial team.

Compensation and Contract Details

Pay is set at $35.22 per hour. This is a W2 contract opportunity. C2C arrangements are not available, and sponsorship is not offered. The assignment begins as a 12-month engagement and may continue beyond the initial term.

Key Responsibilities

The analyst will manage and update tracking tools for contract closures, renewals, installations, and capital equipment deployments. The role also involves maintaining fleet databases and other commercial reporting systems that support day-to-day operations.

In addition, the position includes creating monthly leadership reports, preparing sales performance communications, supporting forecasting and deployment visibility efforts, coordinating training sessions and calendars, and assisting with leadership updates. Collaboration across sales, operations, supply chain, and leadership functions will be an important part of the job.

A further part of the role is identifying ways to streamline workflows and enhance reporting through automation and dashboard development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or Analytics. Strong Excel capability and solid reporting skills are important, along with comfort handling large datasets and tracking systems.

Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are needed, as the position requires balancing multiple priorities across different teams. Experience with dashboards, automation tools, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms is considered a strong advantage.
