With more than 2.7 million signups, the app helps Gen Z and young consumers discover brands, earn rewards, share moments, and connect food with social discovery.

Role Overview

We are hiring a relationship-driven sales professional who is excited by Koinz’s goal of helping customers discover and enjoy their favorite brands wherever and however they prefer. In this role, you will work with restaurant owners and operators to secure partnerships that expand the restaurant selection available to Koinz users while also supporting merchants in growing revenue and marketing reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of qualified leads shared by the lead generation team and turn them into active sales opportunities.
  • Arrange and lead meetings with prospective restaurant partners and other food-sector businesses.
  • Handle the complete sales journey, from first contact through negotiation, agreement finalization, and closing.
  • Represent Koinz professionally and clearly communicate the company’s mission, offerings, and value to potential partners.
  • Draft proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements to move deals forward.
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects and support them through assessment, approval, and onboarding.
  • Present Koinz’s value through phone, email, virtual conversations, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain and prioritize your pipeline, ensuring prompt follow-ups and steady progress against targets.
  • Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Carry out field visits and market mapping to find and win new business opportunities.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and current for all activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with a proven B2B sales background in Saudi Arabia, strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence to work independently while staying focused on results. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable spending time in the field.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Based in the Eastern Province, including Dammam, Khobar, Al-Hasaa, Qatif, or Jubail.
  • Willing and able to conduct frequent field visits.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ownership mindset with a strong drive to deliver results.
  • Natural sales instinct and a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in startups, especially in the food and beverage sector, will be considered an advantage.

Work Location

This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with frequent field activity in the Eastern Province.
