About the Role
ProPlus Logics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive for its Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate should bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT services company and be able to support business expansion by winning new clients while nurturing ongoing client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify business leads for IT-related services.
- Pitch and market offerings such as web design, web development, digital marketing, graphic design, and mobile app development.
- Understand client needs and recommend fitting IT solutions.
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Draft proposals, share pricing details, and move deals to closure efficiently.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with technical and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track the sales funnel and keep CRM records updated regularly.
- Look for new business segments and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT service-oriented company is essential.
- Good working knowledge of IT offerings, including web, mobile, and digital services.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business.
- Comfort in translating technical ideas into client-friendly language.
- Experience with domestic or international clients will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and structured sales workflows.
