Role overview

BMC is hiring a Business Development Representative for its Dublin, Ireland Digital Center of Excellence. The role is part of the sales organization and focuses on building strong pipelines, identifying opportunities, and supporting field sales teams in generating new revenue.

What you will do

  • Work with the field sales team to create territory plans and connect with both prospective and existing customers to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Use digital sales tools to convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for field sales representatives.
  • Contribute to pipeline creation and help the sales team move deals forward more efficiently.
  • Identify target accounts and reach out to key decision-makers with clear, persuasive communication.
  • Make consistent use of enablement resources and training as part of your regular working rhythm.
  • Take part in global initiatives and contribute ideas to help solve everyday business challenges.

What BMC is looking for

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to highlight achievements from professional or personal experience.
  • Business-level German at C1 level is required.
  • English fluency, and in some markets an additional language may also be needed.
