About the Role
Plant Essentials Private Limited, the company behind OATEY, is hiring a Business Development Manager in Bangalore. OATEY is a plant-based brand positioned around health, wellness, and sustainability. The product is marketed as a significantly more sustainable alternative to dairy and is described as free from cholesterol, hormones, soy, lactose/dairy, nuts, and saturated fat, with beta-glucans added for heart-health benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sales and business development efforts with a clear focus on revenue growth.
- Handle important client accounts and nurture strong, long-term business relationships.
- Grow distribution channels and increase the brand’s market reach.
- Drive expansion in retail and HoReCa segments across the assigned markets.
- Form partnerships that help the business scale and enter new market opportunities.
- Create and improve revenue processes and operational systems that can grow with the business.
- Contribute to team development and overall organizational expansion.
- Work in a hands-on, ownership-driven manner as a builder of the business.
Who Can Apply

Compensation and Benefits
The annual compensation offered for this role is INR 18,00,000 to INR 28,00,000.
