Role Overview
QualySec Technologies is hiring a driven Business Development Manager for IT sales to help grow its customer base and boost revenue. The position is based in Bhubaneswar and is a full-time, on-site role.

QualySec Technologies is a cybersecurity-focused company offering Web and Mobile Penetration Testing, Source Code Review, IoT Security, and Cloud Security services. Experience and Qualification
The role is open to candidates with an MBA or BBA, or to professionals who have relevant experience in the field. Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a related role.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and pursue prospective customers and suitable market segments for cybersecurity products and services.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s offerings and work on lead research, prospect identification, targeting, presales, proposal creation, RFPs, and tender submissions.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel by prospecting consistently, qualifying leads, and building long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales activity through cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events to create new business opportunities.
- Track market and industry developments and share periodic updates, sales reports, and trend analysis with management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in business development or IT sales, ideally within software or cybersecurity companies.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong grasp of technology-based products and services.
- Solid selling and negotiation ability, with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Good verbal and written communication along with strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Independent, proactive, goal-focused approach with the ability to contribute both individually and in a team setting.
