Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, developing partner relationships, and growing revenue across multi-asset trading products. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to build long-term relationships with introducing brokers, money managers, and other potential partners in the UAE and MENA region.

What You Will Do

  • Create and nurture relationships with prospective clients and partners who may have interest in trading products such as gold, oil, FX, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Recruit and support introducing brokers, helping them expand accounts, deposits, and overall revenue.
  • Identify and engage established money managers and introducing brokers across the UAE and MENA region.
  • Build a pipeline of business through networking and relationship development both inside and outside the market, targeting prospects from varied industries.
  • Assess client trading requirements and prepare tailored proposals for relevant services.
  • Identify retail clients who qualify for IB status, convert them into business opportunities, and guide them through the client growth journey.
  • Keep current with developments and news in FX, commodities, stocks, and indices.
  • Provide guidance on trading approaches, options, and risk management practices.
  • Break down trading terminology and market practices for clients in a clear and practical way.
  • Represent the company at industry and corporate events to source new leads, as assigned by management.
  • Work toward and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Reach out to prospective and existing clients to understand their questions and needs.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals that clearly explain product and service details.
  • Update and manage client information in the CRM, ensuring all communication is recorded.
  • Track client funding, trading volume, and new account activations, and follow up as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, specifically B.Sc. accepted.
  • At least 4 years of strong experience in Forex or CFD brokerage sales.
  • Solid knowledge of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across different cultures and regions.
  • The ability to think strategically while also executing tasks in a hands-on manner.
  • Working knowledge of financial markets in FX, stocks, and commodities.
  • Understanding of both technical and fundamental analysis.
