Role Overview
Qashio is looking for a Business Development Manager to present its solutions to potential clients through product demonstrations and well-structured presentations, helping position the company as the right partner for their requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong emotional intelligence, a sharp eye for identifying opportunities, and a genuine interest in understanding businesses and the problems they need solved. This role suits someone who is motivated by results and consistently delivers against sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects while suggesting solutions that can improve their operational efficiency through Qashio.
- Proactively source potential customers using multiple channels and outbound prospecting methods.
- Create, execute, and monitor sales plans and activities.
- Turn Qashio’s capabilities and services into compelling presentations, persuasive arguments, or data-backed materials that attract and engage prospects.
- Learn about customer pain points and business challenges so Qashio can be positioned as the most suitable solution.
- Deliver the assigned sales goals and results within the expected timelines.
- Use the CRM platform to record, organize, and follow up on sales activity and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role focused on closing deals, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or a startup environment.
- A highly proactive mindset.
- Strong capability in preparing and presenting content tailored to different audience needs.
- Solid relationship-building skills and a positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong drive with a demonstrated history of hitting sales targets.
- Excellent abilities in selling and negotiation.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-moving and dynamic setting.
- Able to work independently and also contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related discipline.
- Strong spoken and written English skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
