Role Overview

This Singapore-based, on-site position is a pure new business sales role. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales journey from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing, using LeadManager, Hubexo’s flagship construction intelligence platform.

The environment is fast-paced, highly target-driven, and suited to someone who thrives under pressure. Strong performance can lead to uncapped commission, rapid career growth, and international exposure across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Present LeadManager to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Run consultative product presentations and develop proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Maintain a focused and well-managed pipeline through to deal closure.
  • Handle commercial negotiations and close agreements efficiently and accurately.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and help grow Hubexo’s presence in Singapore and the broader region.

Candidate Profile

Hubexo is looking for a driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, performs well in high-pressure situations, and consistently surpasses targets.

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, or solutions-based businesses.
  • Proven success in exceeding targets in complex, high-value consultative sales.
  • Ability to engage and persuade senior decision-makers effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in multi-party sales discussions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN.
  • Understanding of Southeast Asian business practices; cross-border experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin or other regional languages would be beneficial.
