Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with clients to follow up on payments, addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth transactions.
- Generate and issue precise invoices, track payment status, and keep comprehensive transaction records.
- Support sales activities through lead generation, cold calling potential customers, and conducting market analysis to discover new business opportunities.
- Contribute to marketing operations by creating detailed Excel reports that document customer interactions and feedback.
- Communicate effectively in English to sustain positive client engagement and professional correspondence.
