About the Company
Konrad is a modern digital consultancy focused on tackling complex business challenges for international clients with inventive, future-ready solutions. The company is known for building high-quality digital products used by a very large global audience and for fostering a workplace centered on innovation, learning, and strong analytical thinking.
About the Role
This position sits within the Digital team and carries the internal title of Associate, Digital. The work is centered on business analysis for client projects, with an emphasis on helping organizations define needs, improve processes, and make sound strategic decisions.
The role is suited to an early- to mid-career professional who already has a solid base in process improvement and wants to deepen both technical and consulting capabilities. You will help shape digital products through requirement discovery and process optimization, while also learning how business needs influence product direction, customer experience, and broader strategy.
You will collaborate with senior analysts, engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders across different client engagements. With coaching and support, you will contribute to workshops, interviews, documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, and other analysis tasks while building skills in project delivery, user experience, and design thinking.
Responsibilities
- Assist client and internal teams in breaking down complex business challenges into well-defined functional requirements.
- Review business processes to spot inefficiencies, delays, and improvement opportunities, working under the direction of senior team members.
- Lead or support workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture business needs and document them clearly.
- Prepare supporting materials such as user stories, process maps, and business requirements documents.
- Work alongside product managers and engineers so that technical solutions stay aligned with business objectives.
- Present insights and analysis through written updates, presentations, and process visuals.
- Look for ways to strengthen project workflows and improve requirement-gathering practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or strategy-oriented role.
- Hands-on exposure to requirements gathering approaches such as Agile, Scrum, or similar methods.
- Experience using project and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Basic understanding of digital product lifecycles and established business analysis practices.
- Comfort facilitating workshops and handling stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with careful attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional, consulting-style environments.
- Interest in learning about industry trends, data governance, and strategic planning.
Perks & Benefits
- Comprehensive health and wellness coverage.
- Retirement planning support.
- Parental leave program.
- Flexible working hours.
- Option to work from home.
- Service recognition initiatives.
- Social events, outings, and retreats.
- Learning and development culture.
