Role overview
This contract Business Analyst position is fully remote and focused on supporting contact center modernization along with agentic AI initiatives for a leading organization in the contact center solutions space. The role centers on turning business and customer experience needs into well-defined requirements, customer journeys, and prioritized use cases across CCaaS platforms.
You will work alongside business, architecture, and delivery teams to help shape solutions that improve both customer and agent outcomes in a measurable, AI-enabled way.
Core focus areas
- Gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements from business and CX stakeholders.
- Analyze customer and agent experiences to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bridge the gap between business goals and technology implementation across CCaaS platforms.
Additional information
Compensation for this role is listed at $50 CAD per hour. The position is remote and offered on a contract basis.
