Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into workable solutions, support implementation, and help ensure systems and changes are delivered effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and document user business needs and workflow details, then assess whether the proposed solution can be implemented within scope.
- Lead project and enhancement delivery together with business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Handle urgent or ad-hoc change requests from users.
- Coordinate with vendors through regular progress reviews and ensure delivery estimates are realistic.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships so work stays aligned with agreed timelines.
- Track open issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare test plans and test cases, carry out user acceptance testing, and complete post-release regression checks.
- Support projects technically during rollout and provide maintenance support after production deployment.
- Draft functional and technical specifications as well as bid documentation.
- Assess technical options, review products, and recommend the solution that best meets business needs.
Skills & Experience
This position calls for 2 to 4 years of IT experience.
Knowledge of software programming, particularly .NET/Java, SQL, and infrastructure, is an advantage.
Applicants should be comfortable working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), communicate clearly in English, and bring strong analytical, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
