Role overview
We are seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to help improve decision-making through structured analysis, process review, and close coordination with internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys breaking down business problems, spotting improvement opportunities, and converting insights into practical actions.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements as well as stakeholder expectations.
- Review business data to uncover patterns, risks, and areas for growth.
- Build reports, dashboards, presentations, and other business documents.
- Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape workable solutions.
- Assess existing workflows and suggest ways to make them more effective.
- Track key performance indicators and contribute to performance reporting.
- Support projects, system rollouts, and broader business transformation work.
Requirements
- Strong ability to analyze information, think critically, and solve problems.
- Clear communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Exposure to spreadsheets, reporting tools, or business analysis methods is an advantage.
- Well-developed organization skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling several priorities at once and working well in a team.
- Curious mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to keep learning.
