About the role
This position is for a Business Analyst who will connect business requirements with technical execution for security and identity initiatives within the Security Practice. The role is based in Pune and is intended for a full-time professional with 8 to 12 years of experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, assess, and clearly record business and functional requirements.
- Convert business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Run workshops and help business teams and technical teams stay aligned.
- Contribute to solution design, testing activities, user acceptance testing, and change management.
- Monitor scope, requirement traceability, and acceptance criteria throughout the delivery cycle.
- Keep project documentation current and share progress updates with stakeholders.
What you should bring
- 8 to 12 years of hands-on business analysis experience.
- Background as a Business Analyst, ideally on security or identity and access management programs.
- Strong capability in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Working familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of security or identity concepts will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
