Responsibilities
- Operate buses for long-distance routes connecting Germany with France, Switzerland, Austria, and other European destinations.
- Drive buses for local and regional services, including city lines, rail replacement services (SEV), and charter trips within the Hannover area.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort during all journeys.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
What We Offer
- Permanent, full-time employment contract starting from day one.
- Competitive salary packages with bonuses for night, holiday, and Sunday work.
- Daily allowances for longer shifts and additional pay for specific duties like SEV or articulated buses.
- Provision of single hotel rooms for overnight stays on long-distance routes.
- Monthly shopping vouchers and other benefits.
- Affordable accommodation in a company flat for just €250 per month.
- Assistance with essential administrative tasks, including city registration, health insurance, and bank account setup.
- Legal support in case of work-related incidents not caused by the driver.
- Access to modern buses maintained in an on-site workshop with a dedicated cleaning team.
- Company-provided uniform.
What You Need
- Valid Class D driver's license.
- Code 95 certification.
- A digital driver card.
- Proficiency in English or German at an A2 level.
- A friendly, reliable, and punctual demeanor.
- For long-distance roles: A minimum of 2 years of international bus driving experience.
- For local roles: Driving experience is beneficial but not mandatory; new drivers are encouraged to apply.
