About the Role
As a Brand Motion Designer at Line Agency, you will be instrumental in creating compelling motion graphics, animated brand assets, and short-form video content that bring brand identities to life across various digital platforms. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including brand designers, strategists, and copywriters, to transform static design systems into dynamic visual narratives. Your contributions will span logo animations, social media content, engaging presentations, and informative product or service explainer videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop motion graphics and animated brand assets for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with brand designers, strategists, and copywriters to translate static designs into dynamic visual stories.
- Create a range of motion content, including logo animations, social media assets, presentations, and explainer videos.
- Engage in the entire motion design process, from storyboarding and creating style frames to animating visual elements and refining motion systems.
- Prepare final deliverables, ensuring they are optimized for web, social media, and other digital channels.
- Participate actively in creative reviews, offering insights and ideas for branding concepts.
- Ensure all motion work strictly adheres to brand guidelines and project objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in motion design and animation specifically for branding purposes, encompassing storyboarding, typography animation, and the creation of transitions and visual effects.
- A strong foundation in visual design principles, including composition, color theory, layout, and typography, with a proven ability to work effectively within established brand systems.
- Practical experience utilizing industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or comparable motion and design tools.
- The capability to effectively adapt static brand identities into cohesive and engaging motion systems suitable for social media, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- A thorough understanding of digital formats, aspect ratios, export settings, and best practices for delivering motion assets across diverse platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for constructive feedback and collaborative teamwork.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, enabling the management of multiple projects and adherence to deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- A relevant educational background in design, animation, visual communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing motion design work for brands or products, emphasizing both creative execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
- A keen interest in design trends, branding, and emerging motion techniques, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and experimentation.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qatar.
