SkilloVilla is hiring a Brand Marketing & Content Associate to help shape and grow the brand through thoughtful content, strong communication, and engaging marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru.
The position is best suited for someone who enjoys storytelling, social media, and building a brand in a dynamic startup setting. The company is looking for a candidate who can contribute creatively while also taking ownership of campaign execution and performance improvement.

CTC: ₹3–5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance
Working days: Monday to Saturday

Key responsibilities
- Develop content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing activities
- Draft persuasive ad copy, campaign messages, captions, and brand communication
- Help plan and run social media initiatives that improve reach, visibility, and engagement
- Coordinate marketing efforts across different digital channels
- Track industry movements, audience preferences, and new content styles
- Work closely with design, content, growth, and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Assist with influencer partnerships, brand-building activities, and community engagement efforts
- Review campaign outcomes and look for ways to make content more effective
Required skills and background
- Strong ability in content writing and copywriting
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Creative approach to storytelling and brand messaging
- Basic understanding of branding, SEO, and audience engagement
