Skeletons, lasers, and tattoo buses — the Torq brand grabs attention like nothing else in cybersecurity. We are experiencing rapid growth, supported by Series D funding, achieving 200% employee growth and 300% revenue growth. Our momentum is fueled by a game-changing AI SOC platform and a culture that has earned us recognition as one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers in America and a Business Insider 'startup to bet your career on'. Life at Torq is fast-paced and dynamic. We are a team of relentless, collaborative go-getters pushing the boundaries of what's possible for security automation. Every role is crucial to Torq's success as the AI-native autonomous SecOps platform of choice for security teams across the Fortune 500.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Designer to join our marketing team. You will be an integral part of our design team, contributing to both design and web projects that support our content initiatives. Working closely with our design and content teams, you will collaborate to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand's voice and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging graphics for both digital and print media, including social media content, campaign visuals, landing pages, presentations, event materials, and digital assets like e-books, white papers, blog images, and web elements.
  • Develop printed materials such as brochures, roll-ups, and posters.
  • Produce original design work, including illustrations and infographics.
  • Partner with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Maintain design and brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency with design software including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Claude is considered an advantage.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A genuine passion for creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
Equal Opportunity Employer

As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to fostering a team defined and empowered by diversity. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

AI Usage Policy

We build AI for a living, and we encourage candidates to leverage it for preparation, research, and refining their work. However, we are hiring individuals, not automated systems. We value authenticity and want to see the real you. Utilize AI to optimize your resume, prepare for interviews, research Torq, and structure written responses. During live interviews and final assessments, your genuine voice, logic, and reasoning are paramount. We are evaluating your thought process, not your prompting abilities.

If you are excited about our vision and eager to contribute to our growth, we encourage you to apply and showcase your talents.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
