Job description
Role overview
BAADER is seeking a brand designer to join its brand management team as soon as possible. In this role, you will help evolve and safeguard the company’s visual brand identity across the BAADER Group and its related brands. The position sits within corporate branding, where the goal is to strengthen brand positioning, reinforce trust, and ensure consistency across every brand touchpoint in the company’s global ecosystem.
You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Branding and a small team to influence how the brand is seen and experienced across the organization.
Brand development and design
- Enhance, maintain, and broaden the visual identity system for the brand
- Produce design, communication, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and related tools
- Build and manage flexible design templates supported by AI and Templafy
- Set up, improve, and continuously care for the digital brand hub in Frontify
- Create design standards and frameworks that keep the brand consistent worldwide
- Review visual deliverables carefully before they are approved
Advisory and collaboration
- Provide shared-service guidance to all brands, companies, and business units
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a unified brand experience
- Coordinate outside partners such as agencies, designers, and photographers
Candidate profile
- A degree in communication design, graphic design, or a comparable qualification is required
- At least 3 years of professional background in brand design, ideally gained in an agency or in-house design function
- Practical experience in building brand identities and/or design systems
- Strong capabilities in graphic and visual design; experience with audiovisual design is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and solid working knowledge of Frontify and Templafy
- Familiarity with Confluence, Figma, and Jira is an advantage, as is an interest in AI
- Excellent command of both German and English
- Experience working with international teams
