Key responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of flagship brand outlets and ensure each one delivers world-class brand experiences.
  • Maintain flawless serve standards, strong brand storytelling, and consistent luxury presentation across all owned spaces.
  • Set and enforce luxury standards for each brand, including regular audits to verify quality and consistency.
  • Approve or decline execution quality within brand outlets when standards are not met.
  • Design complete guest journeys, from arrival and welcome through service, storytelling, and departure.
  • Shape the atmosphere of the experience through rituals, music, lighting, energy, hosting style, and service flow.
  • Oversee the execution of glassware, garnishing, serving rituals, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all execution stays aligned with global brand guidelines while still fitting the local cultural environment.
  • Bring menus to life in spiritual homes and priority outlets, ensuring cocktails are delivered beautifully and consistently.
  • Contribute to signature serve development, luxury rituals, and seasonal or culturally relevant menu moments.
  • Curate and activate culturally relevant brand moments that generate visibility, conversation, and PR value.
  • Work with influencers, creators, tastemakers, and media platforms to amplify premium brand stories.
  • Lead premium content creation and capture, including social storytelling, experience highlights, and brand narratives.
  • Support delivery of earned media value and PR objectives through high-quality brand activations and content.
  • Train bartenders and outlet teams on luxury execution, storytelling, hosting, and attention to detail.
  • Coach brand ambassadors on experience design and presentation excellence.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, outlet owners, key decision-makers, and bar managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on premium and luxury execution within curated outlets.
  • Measure experience quality, PR and content performance, outlet engagement, consistency, and premium mix or reserve brand performance.
  • Use insights to improve standards and continuously refine the guest and brand experience.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent background in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury brands, ideally within spirits or wine, luxury hospitality, or food and beverage.
  • Exposure to luxury sales, experiential marketing, or customer marketing roles.
  • Experience in content direction and production, including content commissioning or social-first content creation is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and social channels, search optimization, and content planning.
  • Ability to tell compelling stories and turn ideas into engaging, visually strong experiences.
  • Well-developed relationships across the trade, influencers, and event or activation organizers.
  • Strong enthusiasm for premium and luxury brands, customers, and consumers.
  • A proven record of high-quality luxury activations that are talked about and executed to exceptional standards.
