Role overview

Chocolate Finance is hiring a Brand and Creative Designer to serve as the production engine for Chocolate Studio. This person will combine strong design craftsmanship with modern production skills to turn ideas into polished, social-first and advertising assets at scale. The role sits at the center of the in-house creative workflow, converting marketing concepts into high-volume, high-quality content quickly and consistently.

You will be responsible for creating daily creative assets across social, paid media, product, and brand campaigns without relying on agencies. The marketing team will provide the direction, systems, and strategy, while you bring the ideas to life with speed, precision, and visual quality.

High-volume, social-first production

  • Convert creative ideas into multiple social and ad-ready formats.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, video edits, and product visuals, including sound effects or trending music where suitable.
  • Design modular assets that can be adapted across Singapore and other markets such as Hong Kong, the UAE, and Japan.
  • Deliver strong creative output on a daily and weekly basis for always-on campaigns.
  • Keep every asset aligned with the brand, refined in execution, and visually exceptional.

AI-native creative workflows

  • Use AI-powered tools such as Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Higgsfield, After Effects AI, generative video tools, and similar platforms to expand creative output.
  • Create repeatable systems for versioning, localisation, and fast iteration.
  • Maintain visual consistency and character continuity when the same characters appear across multiple pieces of content.
  • Experiment regularly with emerging AI techniques and creative technologies.
  • Stay current with new AI tools and trends so the studio remains ahead in design innovation.
  • Help shorten production timelines from weeks to days and then to hours.

End-to-end production ownership

  • Manage the complete motion and video process from asset creation through editing, export, and delivery.
  • Ensure all outputs are brand-safe, ready for the platform, performance-focused, and visually strong.
  • Support shoots, hybrid AI/live productions, and post-production work when required.
  • Organise files and templates in a clean, scalable way.

Performance and platform collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and growth teams to refine creative based on performance outcomes.
  • Optimise assets for paid social, display, and new or emerging channels.
  • Produce work that captures attention, performs well, and is backed by data.

Global enablement and localisation

  • Prepare asset packs that can be used by regional teams.
  • Adapt motion, copy placement, and formats for each market.
  • Preserve consistency in visual language and motion across regions.
  • Help local teams move quickly without having to rebuild creative from scratch.

What success looks like

  • Chocolate can create 10 times more content without losing quality.
  • The brand becomes known for refined, social-first, motion-led, AI-enhanced creative.
  • Paid and organic creative stays fresh, effective, and aligned with the brand at all times.
  • Production timelines shrink from weeks to days and eventually to hours.
