Role Overview

In this position, you will take ownership of the company’s organic marketing activities and build a long-term content and SEO strategy with a clear business orientation. You will create and refine high-quality content for search engines and AI-driven systems, maintain a consistent brand voice and tone, and evaluate the performance of organic initiatives to steadily improve reach, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full range of organic marketing channels, including SEO, content, and GEO.
  • Design and execute a sustainable strategy for content and search visibility.
  • Produce strong content assets such as blog posts, landing pages, guides, FAQs, and comparison pages.
  • Adapt content for search engines as well as AI-based discovery systems.
  • Develop sales scripts, FAQ material, and objection-handling resources.
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity and tone across all communications.
  • Plan editorial topics, prioritize subjects, and safeguard content quality.
  • Monitor the performance of organic channels and translate insights into improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience in content marketing or SEO.
  • At least 2 years in a strategic position.
  • Proven SEO results, including improvements in rankings and traffic.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
  • Experience using CMS platforms, for example WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of conversion optimization.
  • Strong grasp of target audiences and how decisions are made.
  • Ability to write with clarity, structure, and precision.
  • Independent, accountable, and self-directed way of working.
  • Understanding of content as a driver for business growth and lead generation.
  • German: fluent/business proficient (C1/C2).
  • English: very good proficiency (B2/C1).
