What the Role Involves
You will own the company’s communications direction, support public relations activity, manage media relationships, and ensure that brand messaging stays aligned with Noble Cortex’s core goals. The position also requires the ability to build awareness for AI-focused offerings and maintain a strong public image.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a broad communications plan that strengthens the brand across different channels.
- Develop and sustain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry voices to improve visibility.
- Guide messaging across social media, website content, and PR initiatives so the tone remains consistent.
- Track public sentiment and market perception, then adjust brand strategy to support a strong AI leadership position.
- Plan and deliver branding and PR campaigns that connect with the target audience and highlight the value of AI products.
Tools and Platforms
- PR and media monitoring tools such as Cision or Meltwater.
- Digital analytics and social scheduling tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Project coordination platforms such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or communications, ideally with AI or technology companies.
- Strong command of media relations, content planning, and digital communication channels.
- Proven ability to create and deliver end-to-end brand and PR strategies.
- Excellent storytelling ability across multiple communication formats and audiences.
- Creative leadership style with strategic thinking and the ability to execute across many touchpoints.
- Comfort working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and team-oriented settings.
