Role objective
The Branch Manager will be responsible for steering the assigned Gurgaon branch through careful resource planning, strong operational control, and targeted sales execution. The role is focused on delivering the agreed business outcomes while improving market presence and brand value in a cost-efficient way.
Key challenges and focus areas
- Develop and execute sales plans that help the branch meet targets for agent count, productivity, new premium, and business persistency.
- Strengthen the output of the field team through effective leadership and people management.
- Maintain persistency across business to support sustained growth and stronger overall performance.
- Build a culture of financial discipline within the branch so revenue is well managed and controlled.
- Ensure full compliance at all times to support smooth branch operations and improve productivity.
- Lead sales promotion efforts to help the branch achieve its business numbers.
- Suggest improvements in products and processes that can increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee branch administration so that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and within cost targets.
