What You Will Do
- Build, configure, and maintain BIM models and templates so they are organized properly for multi-disciplinary collaboration.
- Run BIM coordination sessions, carry out clash detection and interference checks in Navisworks, and work with design teams to close technical gaps before construction.
- Apply the Project BIM Execution Plan and make sure internal and external stakeholders follow LOD standards and naming rules.
- Manage the flow of non-graphical asset data inside BIM models to support 4D scheduling, 5D cost, and 6D facility management needs.
- Perform quality checks on 3D models and derived 2D drawings to confirm accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with delivery requirements.
- Support, coach, and troubleshoot for engineers and modelers using BIM tools and digital workflows.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and coordinating BIM on large infrastructure, building, or mega projects.
- Strong command of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Knowledge of Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and openBIM practices including IFC and COBie.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership ability, with the confidence to explain technical processes to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to, or already be based full-time in, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
- Professional BIM certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or RICS are preferred.
