About the role
gTech helps Google’s products and services deliver real value to users and customers worldwide. In this role, you will support Google Ads customers and partners by combining technical understanding, product knowledge, and a strong customer focus. The work centers on solving business problems, improving repeatable resources, and contributing to efficient, scalable support across Google’s advertising ecosystem.
This position includes a preferred working-location choice between Dublin, Ireland and Wrocław, Poland.
Compensation
Ireland: €90000 - €92500 (EUR) plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Poland: zł248000 - zł255000 (PLN) plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is based on role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical project management role or in a customer-facing position.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours when needed to match customer needs.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in online advertising in a customer-facing capacity, ideally with Google Ads, the Google Ads product suite, YouTube, or comparable ad platforms.
- Ability to turn data insights into practical business decisions.
- Experience managing projects, including starting workstreams, building project plans, and coordinating across teams and functions.
- Knowledge of policy or billing processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Refresh or create reusable solution content such as best-practice guidance, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and documentation for repeatable solutions.
- Contribute partner insights and join business reviews to help shape partner strategy with limited direction.
- Handle project planning, progress updates, timeline estimates, issue tracking, meeting coordination, and project documentation.
- Deliver solutions against already defined and approved business and technical requirements, using peer or community support only when needed.
- Spot recurring solution issues across users, partners, and clients, then work with internal teams to reduce future risk with guidance.
