This is a full-time, on-site sales and retention role in El Paso, Texas, focused on helping customers choose the right TV, internet, and wireless solutions. The position is built around inbound conversations only, with no outbound dialing or cold calling. The environment is fast-moving and competitive, and success is measured by both customer outcomes and sales performance.
Base pay is $33,000 per year, with on-target earnings of $70,000. The stated hourly base rate is $15.75, and commission is uncapped. Top performers can earn more than $100,000, and elite performers may reach $150,000+.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming customer calls in a high-volume, performance-driven setting.
- Use a consultative approach to guide new and existing customers toward suitable product and service choices.
- Present and position the company’s TV, internet, and wireless offerings in a way that supports customer decision-making.
