Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is for a Bike Rider who can manage parcel deliveries safely and on schedule. The role also involves checking the vehicle regularly, planning routes efficiently, and handling each delivery in a professional manner to keep customers satisfied and records accurate.
Key Duties
- Deliver parcels to the assigned destinations within the required timeframes while prioritizing safety.
- Carry out routine checks on the motorcycle to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Use navigation tools and local route knowledge to choose efficient paths and avoid delays.
- Maintain a courteous and professional approach while interacting with customers.
- Keep delivery logs and related records accurate and up to date.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable with safe riding practices and defensive techniques for two-wheelers.
- Good familiarity with Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and route navigation tools.
- Strong time management and organizing skills to manage several deliveries effectively.
- Polite verbal communication and customer service abilities.
- Must hold a valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability for delivery-related issues.
- Experience in delivery or logistics can be helpful, though it is not essential.
