About the Role
Le Café LPM captures a relaxed daytime-to-evening rhythm inspired by the French Riviera and adapted for Dubai. The venue serves everything from early coffee service to evening cocktails, with a focus on thoughtful preparation and a consistent guest experience. The Beverage Manager will take full ownership of the drinks programme and ensure it reflects the concept’s identity at every point of service.
Role Purpose
This position is responsible for leading the entire beverage offering at Le Café LPM, including coffee, wine, spirits, and cocktails. The goal is to build a drinks list that feels authentic to the brand, is priced sensibly, and is delivered with precision by a motivated team.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the complete beverage operation, from the first coffee served in the morning to the final cocktail at night.
- Develop and refine the drinks menu so it remains aligned with the venue’s style and standards.
- Maintain a beverage offer that is straightforward, commercially sound, and executed consistently.
- Lead and inspire the beverage team to deliver service with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the bar, floor, and kitchen teams to create a seamless drink experience for guests.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a beverage programme in a busy, guest-facing setting. Background in all-day dining or lifestyle restaurants will be especially valuable. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and coffee is essential, along with the ability to communicate that knowledge in a clear and approachable way.
You should be comfortable balancing commercial priorities with guest experience, and you must be able to work confidently in English, both written and spoken. French language skills are a strong plus.
