Overview
This opportunity is for a Belonging and Inclusion Program Coordinator position based in the United States. The selected candidate will contribute to shaping an organizational environment where employees feel deeply connected, appreciated, and empowered to perform their best work.
The role focuses on supporting global diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives that unite teams across various cultures, geographies, and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and implement belonging and inclusion programs, including hosting employee events, speaker sessions, panel discussions, forums, and initiatives that promote community-building.
- Oversee program logistics such as scheduling, managing event registrations, preparing materials, coordinating communications, and ensuring thorough follow-up to provide excellent employee experiences.
- Encourage connectivity and engagement among global employee communities spanning different teams, departments, geographical locations, and cultural backgrounds.
- Lead interactive discussions, roundtables, and engagement activities that foster meaningful participation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver impactful and relevant programming.
- Work closely with communications teams to raise awareness of initiatives and ensure employees have access to supportive resources.
- Collect and analyze participation data and employee feedback to identify engagement trends and inform program improvements.
- Support employee-driven initiatives, volunteer leaders, and wider human resources projects focused on people development.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in belonging, inclusion, workplace culture, and employee engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
- Two to four years of relevant experience in fields such as employee experience, diversity & inclusion, human resources, communications, learning and development, event planning, community involvement, or program coordination.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects effectively with keen attention to deadlines and details.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Demonstrated experience organizing events, programs, or community activities with success.
- Highly organized with consistent follow-through and ability to work independently.
- Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders across departments and regions.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiar with collaboration or survey tools.
- A passion for fostering inclusive workplace cultures and enhancing employee engagement.
- Experience supporting employee resource groups, facilitating workshops, hosting discussions, or working with global teams is an advantage.
