The Opportunity

The resort is looking for a full-time Bartender to join the team in The Tack Room, a refined bar space known for its premium spirits, inviting atmosphere, and relaxed evening setting. The venue combines elegant surroundings, fireside comfort, and a strong focus on memorable guest service.

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity.
  • Keep the bar spotless, well ordered, and presented to a premium standard.
  • Help maintain a lively, inviting atmosphere for guests throughout service.
  • Work closely with teammates and contribute positively to the wider operation.
  • Follow all required health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

About You

  • You are personable, confident, and comfortable speaking with guests.
  • You enjoy delivering attentive, guest-first hospitality.
  • You bring a professional attitude and a strong drive for quality.
  • Experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred, but full training can be provided.
  • You work well with others and pay close attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • A chance to work in one of Ireland's most distinguished resort environments.
  • Development opportunities described as truly beyond everything.
  • Access to modern facilities and up-to-date equipment.
  • Competitive pay along with an appealing benefits package.
