For the bar team at L’Osteria in Marl, this position puts you in the spotlight as the first point of contact for guests at the bar. With your mix of service skills and positive energy, you help create the special atmosphere that completes the restaurant experience. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly manner and look after them with professionalism
• Take orders and recommend items from the rotating selection and special offers
• Prepare all kinds of beverages and keep refrigerators stocked on an ongoing basis
• Hand over takeaway orders to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and order across the bar and dining area according to L’Osteria standards

Requirements

• You are either switching careers or already have initial experience as a barkeeper
• Strong enthusiasm for fresh products and food
• Reliability, cleanliness, and a high standard of quality
• Enjoyment of working in an international team

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to career changers as well as applicants with first experience in bartending. Candidates should be comfortable working in an international environment.
