Role overview
In this position, you will help maintain consistently high standards across the catering area. The job involves supporting food preparation, following health and safety as well as food hygiene requirements, and keeping all food service spaces clean, well-presented, and orderly. A major part of the role is delivering a warm, professional customer experience to every visitor.
What you will do
You will contribute to day-to-day catering operations while making sure cleanliness, presentation, and service quality remain strong at all times. You will work in line with food safety expectations, allergen awareness practices, and workplace health and safety rules.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a catering or retail environment and a solid understanding of allergen controls and hygiene standards. Good knowledge of current health and safety regulations and food standards is important. You should also be approachable, friendly, and comfortable working with a broad range of customers.
