Role overview
The company is looking for a Barista Trainer:in (m/w/d) in Munich for an immediate start. The collaboration can be arranged either on a mini-job basis or as a self-employed arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead introductory and advanced barista training sessions, including topics such as espresso preparation, grinder handling, milk steaming, latte art, and efficient workflow.
- Teach coffee knowledge covering bean basics, roasting, and extraction.
- Support and guide course participants ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
- Create a learning environment that feels professional, motivating, and inspiring.
- Maintain and use portafilter machines and related equipment properly and with care.
- Take part in events, tastings, or internal training sessions when needed.
