Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Barista position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves preparing and serving both hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while following set recipes and presentation standards. You will welcome guests, take accurate orders, respond to menu-related questions, and deliver courteous, timely service at the counter and service area.

Key Duties

• Prepare a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in line with standardized recipes and presentation requirements.
• Receive guest orders accurately, address questions about menu offerings, and provide friendly service throughout the interaction.
• Use coffee-making and brewing equipment safely and correctly.
• Keep the barista station tidy, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
• Work closely with service and kitchen colleagues to handle busy periods efficiently and support special events when needed.
• Help maintain a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-handling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Good interpersonal and customer service abilities for engaging with visitors in a courteous manner.
• Hands-on experience with espresso-based drinks, coffee equipment, and maintaining beverage quality is an advantage.
• Prior work in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of performing effectively in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• Dependable, punctual, cooperative, and committed to a clean and organized workspace.
