Role overview
This full-time Barista position is based at Marriott International in Adelaide, South Australia. The role sits within the Food and Beverage & Culinary function and is a non-management position. It is not a remote role and is located at 141 King William Street, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000.
What you will do
- Prepare and present high-quality coffee by applying solid barista techniques.
- Support restaurant service periods by looking after guests and aiming to exceed expectations.
- Create a welcoming experience by engaging with guests throughout the food and beverage journey.
- Keep the outlet clean and complete daily checklists with careful attention to detail.
- Identify guest needs and deliver a consistently excellent level of service.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage team on routine operational duties.
- Develop customer relationships by anticipating needs and helping encourage future bookings.
