What the job involves
- Work with a small bakery team to begin production early in the morning and follow established recipes closely.
- Read production plans and recipe instructions, then measure, mix, shape, and mould dough before moving items through the ovens.
- Keep the bakery area clean and help create a positive customer experience through smooth teamwork.

Physical demands
- Standing and walking continuously during all tasks.

- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, plus occasional forceful gripping.
