Key Duties

  • Take part in training and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen investigative practices.

  • Practical understanding of security, compliance, or regulatory settings, with exposure to law-enforcement processes being an advantage.
  • Prior experience in background screening, such as document checks, reference validation, and record review.
  • Willingness to learn structured investigation methods and participate in continuous learning.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills for producing concise and objective reports.
  • High ethical standards, discretion, and a strong respect for confidentiality.
  • Good organization and time management, with the ability to manage several cases and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort using office software and online research tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in criminology, law, security studies, social sciences, or a related discipline is preferred, though relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to background verification and data protection is an added advantage.
